If you're reading this you've probably ordered something. Thanks for that.

I get a lot of emails asking about orders so I made this page to pre-empt some of them. Feel free to get in touch anyway.

I ship on Fridays. Sometimes Tuesdays. I'm a long way off Amazon's pace but I'm just a man juggling life. Aim for 5-14 days from ordering.

Order Monday, ships Friday. Order Friday, ships the following Friday.

Everything goes 2nd Class Royal Mail. Large items and international orders have tracking. You'll get an email when it ships.

Sometimes I have delays. I try to let you know. Sometimes I'm a stupid human and make a mistake. Let me know and I'll fix it.

If it's been two Fridays since you ordered and nothing's arrived, get in touch. Royal Mail lose things occasionally and I have no way of knowing unless you tell me. You always get what you ordered.
